All four rooms (including the 3-room suite which can sleep five) have private bathrooms, TV/VCR, local phone availabilty, Wi-Fi access throughout the house, and an endless supply of hot water.     Garrett & Amalia Room ($120-$150) Master bedroom with queen canopy bed, gas fireplace, large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower, desk and a sitting/dressing room.     Tim & Emily Room ($110-$140) Large bedroom with king sleigh bed, desk, comfortable chairs, large bathroom with mini- fridge and tub/shower combo.     Hope Elizabeth Room ($90-$120) Charming bedroom with a queen bed, lovely bath with a footed tub/shower.     Steveland Suite ($140-$180) Third floor suite with sleeping areas on both ends and a relaxing sitting area in the middle with couch, chairs, tv. Two twin beds on one side, a double bed on the other side with curtains which can be drawn for a little privacy. Stereo system and videos to go with the TV/VCR. View of Puget Sound and sunrise over city. .     Rates: Room rates vary, depending on time of year and number of guests in room. Special room rates with discounts available for AAA member (please show card), senior citizens and University of Puget Sound visiting parents/students.
